Can I return a Product?

Yantra Nepal does not accept returns of any kind for goods once sold.

If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, your product is eligible for replacement only within a timeframe of two days from day of delivery.

No, Change of mind is not applicable as a Replacement Reason for this product. 

A two days period is provided only in case your product is damaged, defective or incorrect.

If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please file a request here or in our mail within 2 days of the delivery date.

Yantra Nepal does not accept returns for products once sold and hence, no refund shall be provided.

However, in case a product is replaced or repaired under warranty, the customer will be liable to pay adjusted amount (if any).

In order to help you resolve issues with your product, we may troubleshoot your product either through online tools, over the phone, and/or through an in-person technical visit.

If a defect is determined within the replacement Window, a replacement, if provided by the brand, of the same model will be provided at no additional cost. If no defect is confirmed or the issue is not diagnosed within two days of delivery, you will be directed to a brand service centre to resolve any subsequent issues.

In any case, only one replacement shall be provided.

Yes, the freebie has to be returned along with the product.

Returns

Yantra Nepal does not accept returns of any kind for goods once sold.

 

However, a customer might opt for replacement within two days of delivery only if  the product is damaged during delivery or has a manufacturing defect.

If such, please file a request here or our mail within two days of the delivery date.

Change of mind is not applicable as a Return Reason for this product.

Yantra Nepal currently does not allow the feature to live track your order, however you can view your Order Status from “My Orders” page under “My Account“.

I want to cancel an order!

Yantra Nepal strictly adheres to its rules and ensures confirmation via phone before every order.

 

If your order status is currently “Waiting for confirmation”, wait for our sales team to reach you.

 

However, if you have confirmed your order with our Sales team via phone and opt to cancel your order, we might levy cancellation charges depending on where your order has reached. In such a case, to cancel your order, fill out the form below and wait for our sales team to contact you.
